Clean and Pure was developed to support our Australian farmers and customers alike. From production to dispatch, Native Oils Australia understands every aspect of every product.

How do we know the Bee Well Balms (chest rubs) are safe for my baby/child?
To ensure the safety and effectiveness of our Bee Well chest balms, we have sought input and guidance from a world expert in aromatherapy and essential oil safety to ensure that our ingredients are appropriate for use for the ages recommended. Despite mixed information online around use of eucalyptus and peppermint on children, we can assure parents that our products have been approved by our expert as safe and effective.

Why is my balm softer when exposed to warm conditions & firmer in colder?
We chose for our balms to be free from hydrogenated oils and any other stabilisers. We are proud that they are 100% natural and safe for your children and this is the way they go due to the conditions as a result. Did you know that hydrogenated oil is a man-made ingredient produced by adding hydrogen atoms to vegetable oil? Research also shows that the molecular structure of hydrogenated oils is closer to plastic than oil.

How long is the shelf life on balms?
Our balms have a shelf life of 3 years.

Myself or my child have a history of allergies. Can I use your products?
If you or your child has a history of sensitive skin or allergies, we recommend you consult your doctor before use. We always recommend a patch test prior to use. If irritation does occur, please discontinue use.

Are Beetanicals balms tested on animals?
Absolutely not. We believe in kindness for our furry friends; all of our products are tested on family and friends (not animals) and our bees are never harmed in the harvesting process.
